Australia Post is our shipping provider and deliveries will be made in accordance with standard Australia Post timeframes. For confirmed delivery periods to your location, please review the estimated time frames at https://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/calculate-postage-delivery-times/#/ Standard Post delivery times are specific to your geographical location.
On dispatch of your order a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at time of the order. This number can be used to track status of your delivery. If you have not received a dispatch notice or a tracking number, please:
- Check the email address you have provided with your order is correct;
- Check your junk email folder; and then
- Contact info@rxsmartgear.com.au for confirmation of dispatch.
Delivery Details
It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide the correct delivery address. Correct delivery address includes unit or suite number, street number, suburb, business name and floor (if applicable). Rx Smart Gear Australia will not take responsibility for missing items due to incorrect addresses being provided. You will be responsible for the costs of resending any items for which you have provided incorrect shipping details. If you are missing your item and cannot locate it using the tracking number provided, please email info@rxsmartgear.com.au for assistance.Â
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs on domestic orders will be included in the purchase price of the product, this includes postage insurance to the value of the product. Shipping costs on international orders will not be included in the purchase price. We recommend that customers purchase postage insurance on international orders to ensure that non-delivery by Australia Post is covered should the item be lost in transit. Rx Smart Gear Australia will not accept claims for missing items if postage insurance is not included at time of order.
