1. GENERAL
- This Privacy Policy sets out how we collect, store, use and disclose personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). The Principles govern the use of "personal information", which is information or an opinion about an identified individual or an individual who is reasonably identifiable. It need not matter that the information is correct or not or whether it is recorded in a material form or not.

This privacy policy applies to our website, social media pages (including but not limited to Facebook and Instagram) and any communication between you and us.
2. PERSONAL INFORMATION
- Your Personal Information
Personal information collected and held by us about you, may include:
- name;
- gender;
- date of birth;
- address;
- telephone numbers;
- e-mail address;
- occupation;
- drivers licence number;
- drivers licence state;
- ABN;
- Company details;
- employment application information; and
- any other relevant information.
If you choose not to provide us with your personal information, we may not be able to provide you with the services you require, or the level of service on which we pride ourselves.
- How we collect personal information
We collect personal information in a number of ways, including:
- directly from you, when you provide information by telephone, electronic messages (including e-mail and SMS), in documents or otherwise through our workshops;
- directly from you, via our internet site and social media pages;
- from your agents or representatives who act on your behalf;
- from competition entry forms or at our promotional activities or sponsored events;
- from third parties we contract to collect and/or manage data on our behalf;
- from third parties who you have asked or permitted to provide your personal information (including those parties from whom you purchase goods and services);
- from marketing organisations, including through the use of purchased lists;

- Google Analytics, Website Cookies & Social Media
As you navigate through our websites, certain information can be passively collected (that is, gathered without you actively providing the information) using various technologies, such as cookies, pixels, Internet tags or web beacons, and navigational data collection (log files, server logs, and clickstream data).
For example, we may collect information about matters including but not limited to the date, time and duration of visits and which pages of a website are most commonly accessed. This information is generally not linked to the identity of visitors, except where a website is accessed via links in an email or another electronic message we have sent or where we are able to uniquely identify the device or user accessing a website, such as when you are logged into an account.
We may also use analytical web tools such as Google Analytics to collect visitor information for us to better understand how to improve our products and services for you. In addition to the session cookie, Google Analytics uses other data collection methods such as appending query strings to an image request. We store the data generated by Google Analytics securely.
We may also share hashed portions of your information with certain strategic partners to make our business more responsive to your interests and/or those of like-minded consumers. For example, we may aggregate your email address together with the email addresses of others who place enquiries on our site, locally hash such data, and transmit the resulting hashed data to third parties including but not limited to Facebook/LinkedIn/Google for the purpose of creating “Custom Audiences” (where targeted advertisements are sent to people on Facebook who have already been on our site), and “Lookalike Audiences” (where targeted advertisements are sent to people on Facebook/LinkedIn/Google who have similar characteristics to people on our Custom Audience list).
3. HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Your personal information may be used in order to:
- provide and market our products and services to you;
- communicate to you in relation to our products, services and our promotional activities;

Where we use personal information for promotional or direct marketing purposes, a person may at any time request that we not use their Personal Information for sending direct marketing material to that person including if you wish to opt-out of the use of certain hashed portions of your Personal Information. Such a request can be made by contacting us in writing at the contact details below. There is no fee for making such a request.
Direct marketing can include for example: Displaying an advertisement on a social media site that an individual is logged into, using Personal Information, including data collected by cookies relating to websites the individual has viewed.
4. DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

We may disclose your personal information to organisations outside of the Company. These organisations may include:
- our affiliates and associated companies overseas;
- outsourced service providers who manage services we provide to you including, but not limited to: mailing systems and direct marketing; market research; customer research; payment processors

- Disclosure to overseas recipients
Our related entities and some of our service providers (including information technology service providers) may be located overseas and, as a result, personal information collected and held by us may be transferred overseas. The countries in which these recipients may be located will vary from time to time, but may include the USA.

7. PHOTOGRAPHS AND RIGHT TO USE
Photographs or film of customer orders may be taken and used by us for promotional and advertising purposes via social media, our website and/or other mediums, without payment or compensation to customer. Such photos are and will remain our property.

- Making a complaint
If you believe that we have interfered with your privacy in our handling of your personal information, you may lodge a complaint. We will attempt to resolve your complaint in accordance with our internal complaints resolution process.

We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve and market our products/services. Website usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products/services and online activity. Additionally, we use this information for site optimization, fraud/security purposes, and advertising.
