CustomFit are custom sized to each individual athlete’s height and technique. For this reason, please refer to the video below on How To Size Your Rx Jump Rope and HERE. Alternatively, if you know the length you need, choose that size.
Please note; using cables on concrete or hard and abrasive surfaces is not recommended. To ensure the longevity of your cable, only use on gym flooring or matting.
